Qualification: Any Graduation with minimum 50% (regular stream: SSLC/SSC + HSC + Graduation).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Banks/NBFCs.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (born on or after 01-10-1998). 5 years relaxation for SC/ST.
Pay: Total CTC ₹5.14 lakh per annum (inclusive of NPS, insurance, variable pay).

Location: Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Maharashtra, Goa (only domiciled candidates eligible).

Job Profile:
• Handle day-to-day banking operations and customer transactions.
• Process account maintenance and clearing.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Engagement: Contract for 3 years, renewable based on performance. High performers may be considered for regular Assistant Manager (Scale I) after the contract period.
