Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, posting content, or using any part of PVBuddha Post Job/Wanted (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and post job listings, rent ads, or auditions.
• For non-job content (browsing), you must be at least 13 years old.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must verify your email address to activate your account.
• You may not create accounts to impersonate another person or entity.
• You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service.
• Report unauthorized use of your account immediately to contact@mvprsmusic.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, database, or other users' accounts.
• Upload viruses, malware, or code designed to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing links, or fraudulent offers.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission.

5. Posting Rules & Content

When you post a job, rent, audition, or any other listing:

• You must provide accurate and complete information (title, description, location, contact, price where applicable).
• You must have the legal right to offer the job, property, or service you are posting.
• You must not post duplicate or repeated listings to manipulate search results.
• You grant PVBuddha Post Job/Wanted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content.
• You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your posts.
• PVBuddha Post Job/Wanted does not verify listings and is not a party to any agreement between users.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately:

• Illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen items.
• Adult content, escort services, or sexually explicit material.
• Gambling, betting, or lottery services.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes.
• Fake job offers, work-from-home scams, or phishing links.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Any content that violates Google AdSense program policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, code, design, and original content of PVBuddha Post Job/Wanted are owned by MVPRS MUSIC and protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent. Content you upload remains yours — but you grant us the license described in Section 5.

8. Advertisements

The Service displays advertisements via Google AdSense and other third-party partners. Ads are not endorsed by PVBuddha Post Job/Wanted and we are not responsible for the products or services advertised. Clicking on ads is entirely at your own risk. Ad revenue helps keep the platform free for users.

9. Third-Party Links

Posts may contain links to third-party websites (YouTube, external URLs, etc.). We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

10. Safety & Transactions

• PVBuddha Post Job/Wanted is only a classifieds platform — we do not process payments between users.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any job, rent, or service listed.
• All transactions are solely between the poster and the interested party.
• Use common sense, ask questions, and report suspicious activity.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Content that violates rules may be removed immediately. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us. Once deleted, your posts, comments, likes, and saves are permanently removed from our servers.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Listings are accurate, complete, or current.
• Any job, rent, or audition will lead to an actual engagement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVPRS MUSIC, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of your use of the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PVBuddha Post Job/Wanted, MVPRS MUSIC, and their representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysore, Karnataka, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
